My Passion

My name is Ashley.  Nutrition and physical fitness are my life!  I love it, I live it and it is my lifetime goal and career pursuit to promote it.  I believe that a persons overall physical health is the most valuable thing in life and investing in it gives everyone the energy and confidence they deserve.  I am a Health major at the University of Utah and have a lot of personal experience and education and certifications in personal training and Nutrition.  I competed in the National Physic Competition in 2008, and in order to prepare for the show I did my own personal training and wrote up my own diet plans.  I currently work independently as a Personal Trainer and a Nutritional Advisor.
